Book a free 20-minute Discovery Call (telephone or video call). On this discovery call, we will explore your current health situation and you can tell me how you would like things to be different in your life. I will then give you a brief overview as to how I can help you.
Book a 60-minute Introductory Session (£60 or its equivalent in another currency). In this session, we will mainly cover the structure of our working relationship and introduce the building blocks required for successful behaviour change. If, after our 60-minute Introductory Session, you complete the Three-month Commitment (Step 3), the 60-minute Introductory Session will be free of charge.
Book a Three-month Commitment. We will meet for 11 consecutive weekly sessions (each 45-minute session = £45 or its equivalent in another currency) where I will guide you through a tried and tested Integrative Health Coaching model that supports positive behaviour change. I ask clients for a three-month commitment, as this is generally the minimum amount of time required to see positive results.
In these intermediate sessions, we will continue to work on the building blocks for successful behaviour change and I will help you to choose a specific focus, explore readiness to change, set goals, prepare for executing change and establish accountability. Our final session together will primarily deal with closing our partnership and addressing how, going forward, you will establish a system that supports your continued success.
