When you live with ongoing health challenges, it can feel like life shrinks. The constant managing, uncertainty and exhaustion affect your body, mood, relationships and sense of self. You might feel unheard, overwhelmed or quietly wish for a life that feels more like you again.
You don’t have to go through this on your own. I’m here to fully support you with warmth, compassion, clarity and the understanding that comes from having walked this path myself.
I do this by drawing on my NHS experience, Duke Integrative Medicine certification and personal insights from my own long‑term health challenges. It’s life-changing and the results last, though everyone’s experience is unique.
My practice is built on an evidence‑based behaviour change model that combines elements of different therapeutic approaches such as positive psychology, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy.
It is designed to help you take practical and achievable steps towards better health and vitality.

40min Introductory Session: £100 and each Subsequent Session, 30min: £80.
Discounted Sessions (8) Package: £560 (saving £100) if paid in full at the time of booking.
Fees are payable in GBP (or its equivalent in another currency, excluding any applicable VAT). Please note that fees are payable in advance by cash, bank transfer or debit/credit card.
