Hi, I’m Faiz. I help people living with chronic conditions find calm, stability, and a renewed sense of well-being.
My practice is built on an evidence‑based behaviour change model that combines elements of different therapeutic approaches such as positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioural therapy.

Discounted Sessions (8) Package: £560 (saving £100) if paid in full at the time of booking.
Fees are payable in GBP (or its equivalent in another currency, excluding any applicable VAT). Please note, fees are payable in advance by cash, bank transfer, or debit/credit card.
Sessions may take place in person (venue by mutual agreement), by telephone, or by video call.
